Neilton has over 30 years of leadership experience, with an entrepreneur and business administration background, his ability to lead and innovate sets him apart.
Other than being in the retail space, he served as a Senior Partner in a prominent Fortune 100 company in NYC for the last 25 years. Part of his role as an SP was to create strategies and implement systems to generate growth in a multi-million dollar firm. Neilton has vast experience in marketing and branding, which led to the re-brand of Minas
Construction to Minas Group – with two sub-divisions that operate our business in the construction space – (Modern Architecture) and our fine furniture, kitchen, and cabinet-making operation (LuxDesignX). Neilton Moreira serves as CEO, President and partner.
Ariana started her career at Minas Construction as a secretary in 2014, however, her ability to rapidly adapt and her understanding of the industry earned her a promotion in 2016 to assist our COO with the day-to-day operations.
Under Ariana ’s new leadership role, she created a mechanism for accountability and quality control of all projects. Ariana’s initiative and attention to detail resulted in the expansion of the company. Minas was then positioned as one of the most favored and reliable construction firms amongst interior designers and architects in NYC.
Ariana Rocha-Dang serves as CFO, Vice president of Operations and Partner.
Sebastião began his career in the construction and millwork industry as a teenager, working in his father’s business. With over 40 years of experience in various roles—including owning a millwork shop in New York—he joined Minas Group in 2023 as a Project Manager. He brings extensive expertise to the team and plays an instrumental role in planning and quality control.
Marcella has a background in Marketing and Management with five years of experience. She started her career in 2023 in the accounting department. With her multitask skill and interest in the operational side, her role was expanded and she was promoted to Executive Assistant.
She is responsible for supporting the Executives by handling administrative and organizational tasks.
